Refund Policy

1. How to request a refund
Email contact@flintalgo.com from the address you used to purchase, within 30 days of the charge. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days to appear.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. A renewal charge can be refunded if you request it within 30 days of that renewal.
3. After 30 days
Past the 30-day window, payments are generally non-refundable, since FlintAlgo is a digital product delivered immediately. We may still consider refunds at our discretion (for example, a technical issue we can't resolve).
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence (for example, EU/UK rights of withdrawal for digital purchases).
